Yggdrasil Expands German Footprint Through Novoline Partnership

Yggdrasil has strengthened its presence in Europe with a new commercial agreement that brings its content to Germany, one of the continent’s most closely regulated iGaming markets.

Novoline, operating under the Novomatic umbrella, will soon grant its customers access to Yggdrasil’s extensive portfolio of titles. Since 2021, the platform has already hosted content from Greentube, Novomatic’s interactive division.

As part of this latest deal, Novoline players will gain access to flagship releases including the popular Vikings series, Champion of the Underworld and Valley of the Gods.

Jose Kadala, COO at Yggdrasil, commented:

As a brand that has quickly gained traction in a highly regulated market and we firmly believe that our titles will resonate well with their player base.

Based in Hamburg and operated through Löwen Entertainment, part of the Novomatic group, Novoline has been steadily expanding. Earlier this year it partnered with software provider Swintt, adding to a catalogue that already exceeds 650 slot games.

That line-up will now be enhanced by selected content from the YGG Masters programme, introducing boutique studios such as Peter & Sons and 4ThePlayer to the German market.

Florian Hermann, Managing Director at Novoline.de, welcomed the agreement:

Yggdrasil has more than a decade’s experience in producing engaging titles that have a strong fanbase. We’re confident that our customers will love the new titles added to our offering.
