Yolo Group to Operate Under One Brand, Yolo.com, as UAE Licences Near Approval

Yolo Group is restructuring its business to run under a single regulated brand , Yolo.com. The company says this move reflects how the gaming industry and regulations are changing.

Founder Tim Heath explained:

Our future strategy centres on a single, unified and Tier 1 licensed brand: Yolo.com.

The plan will bring together Yolo’s online platforms and its land-based operations. Bombay Casino in Estonia will launch a digital arm under the Yolo.com name, offering players seamless experiences across both physical and online gaming. Features such as shared wallets and cryptocurrency payments will meet the EU’s new MiCA rules.

Yolo is also close to securing two B2B vendor licences from the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA) in the United Arab Emirates. Heath said the move signals a clear shift:

The regulated landscape is the future of gaming, and we’re ready to lead with the same fearless innovation that got us here.

This marks a new phase after more than a decade of growth driven by brands like Sportsbet.io and Bitcasino.io, which helped establish Yolo in crypto gaming. Heath stressed the change is not about leaving the past behind but about moving fully into regulated markets and meeting strict local licensing rules.

Yolo has been preparing for this shift for the past three years, tracking global regulation and exploring expansion into Canada, Sweden and Finland. The company says its long-term focus is on combining digital gaming innovation with full compliance to build a sustainable, regulated business.

Meanwhile, Lara Falzon has recently been named CEO of Yolo Group’s B2B units, overseeing Hub88, Live88, Odds88 and OneTouch.

Heath summed up the strategy:
